What is actually for sale when you Google "42001 exam dump"
ISO/IEC 42001:2023 was published in December 2023. PECB, BSI, TÜV, DNV, LRQA, SGS and others now run 42001 Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer courses. As of mid-2026 the 42001 exams are still new, and no certification body publishes sitting volumes - so there is no way for a buyer to judge whether a given "42001 dump" reflects real exam content.
That does not stop the dump sites from selling 42001 material. Multiple vendors list ISO 42001 Lead Auditor question sets - one advertising 198 questions with a mid-2026 update date, others handing out PDFs free - and several sell a timed test engine alongside the PDF.
What you cannot do with any of these listings is verify the source. Dump vendors do not disclose where their questions come from, so you are buying unverifiable material - and none of it is endorsed by the certification body whose exam you are sitting.
That cuts both ways, and neither way is good. If the questions are invented or drawn from a different standard, you walk in with the wrong content stuck in your head. If they are genuine leaked exam content, using them is the thing that puts your certification at risk.
Searching for ISO-IEC-42001-Lead-Auditor or ISO-IEC-42001-Lead-Implementer dumps?
Those hyphenated names are how dump sites label the PECB ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer
exams, so the pages behind them look official. They are not: the questions carry no named source, no
cited clause and no reasoning you can check, so a wrong answer is memorised as readily as a right one.
And memorising answers does not prepare you for a scenario you have not seen, which is what the exam marks.

They are original questions written from ISO/IEC 42001:2023, not real exam questions, and every answer
cites the clause it comes from.
