Why is annual cheaper?
Annual is the best-value option for candidates who want enough time to prepare properly and keep the knowledge fresh after the exam: it works out at £8/mo. The 3-month plan sits in between at £12/mo, sized to a typical study run before an exam. Monthly, at £15.99, stays available when flexibility matters more.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. On the web, open Settings → Billing → Manage subscription and switch between monthly, 3 months and annual. Moving to a shorter or cheaper plan takes effect at your next billing date, so you are never charged twice; moving to a longer plan starts straight away, with credit for the unused time on your current plan. During your free trial, the trial carries on and the plan you pick is the one billed when it ends. If you subscribed in the iOS app, switch in your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, cancel in Google Play and choose the new plan when your current period ends. Your progress stays with your account.
Can I get the 3-month plan in the iOS or Android app?
Not yet. For now the 3-month plan is sold on the web, at app.mindsetprep.com.au; in the iOS and Android apps you can choose monthly or annual. A 3-month plan bought on the web works in the apps too - sign in with the same account.
Why card upfront for the trial?
It lets your study plan, progress and adaptive schedule continue without interruption if you decide to stay. We remind you before the first charge, and you can cancel in one click.
When will I be charged?
On day 4, automatically, unless you cancel first. Your 3 trial days are free; we email you on day 2 so you have plenty of warning, and cancellation is one tap from Settings.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes, in one click. You keep access for the rest of the trial period. No phone calls, no email gymnastics, no win-back coupons.
What if I am not ready to commit?
Take the study-style quiz first - it tells you what kind of learner you are and which deck to start on so the first day inside the app feels personalised. The quiz is a fit-check, not a substitute for the study system - the actual prep happens inside the subscription.
Why not just use ChatGPT to study?
A general chatbot can explain a concept, but it does not know your curriculum, weak clauses, study history or exam format. Mindset Prep gives you a structured path, adapts to your answers and ties every rationale to a clause you can verify.
Will this help me beyond the exam?
That is the point. Scenario practice teaches you to explain why a requirement matters, connect clauses to real decisions and speak about the standard with more confidence in interviews, audits and day-to-day work.
Why not just use the official course material?
The official course teaches the framework. Practice turns that framework into applied judgement: choosing between plausible options, explaining your reasoning and retrieving the right clause when it matters. The two work best together.
How do I know your content is accurate?
Every question is written from the published ISO standard and must cite the clause it draws from before it can ship. Every option explains why it is right or wrong, and an inline report button sends anything questionable back for review.
